At Younique Yachts, our Woodshop is more than a department. It’s where our roots lie. Carpentry and joinery are the original backbone of shipbuilding, and they still define how we approach a yacht today with respect for material, function, and form.
When wood is the right choice for touch, tone or structure, we work with it using precision, purpose and traditional craftsmanship. Not for nostalgia, but because it adds something real. Something that lasts.

That being said, when we use it, we rely on the rich history of woodcraft. We combine this with the wide range of available production methods these days. We can easily combine wood with other materials we use. This way we always come with the best looking and performing end product.

Our carpenters shape with experience, adjust on the spot. Solve problems mid-process.
We don’t think it’s manditory to use CNC because it is modern. for us it is an addition. We believe in the proven concept of traditional crafstmanship and use new technologies where it makes sence. Not the other way around. This way we elevate the finish beyond what’s expected.
