Where we build is just as important as what we build. At Younique Yachts, “The Workshop” is more than a workplace, it’s the engine room behind every project. Located in Makkum, right by the IJsselmeer and Northsea, our yard combines precision infrastructure with full access to open water, making it the ideal launchpad for bold ideas and high-level builds.

Workspace that works
for everyone
With 3,500 m² of private yard space, we’ve designed our entire facility around craftsmanship, flexibility, and performance. The heart of the yard is a 35×20×9 m workshop, fully insulated with underfloor heating, reinforced concrete floors and direct 8×8m access large enough to handle complex builds while staying fast and adaptive.
Need muscle? We’ve got two overhead cranes (3,200kg each) with a max lift of 8m, plus additional launch support nearby for smooth transitions from workshop to water.

outdoor freedom
Whether your project is in teardown, rebuild, or final finishing, our space is designed to scale with it. Inside, we provide secure, climate-controlled environments for sensitive work. Painting, carpentry, electronics. Outside, there’s enough room for staging, short-term docking, or just getting eyes on the full scale of the boat.
Our private harbor sits directly beside the yard, perfect for sea trials, delivery prep, or temporary mooring.
