Paintwork integrated with building process
For us, painting is more than a high-gloss protection, it’s a craft in itself. It is a process from conservation to the endless phases of filling and sanding. This leads up to the final layer of high gloss paint to reveal its shape.
Most importantly is the fact that this particular shape is connected to glass, custom hardware, teak decking’s, upholstery, screens and electronics. Therefore we integrate paintwork completely into the building process. Not a separated phase. This method allows us to get the best fit and the most efficient process.

Modular spraybooth
Our modular spray booth is a key part of what makes this possible. It’s designed for full-length hulls, delicate interiors, or just for single parts. Our modular system allows us to build a spray-booth in no time. This includes a filter-system, integrated lights and steel frames to support the booth.
Our system allows us to schedule our paint sessions seamless into the process. The spray booth is tailored to that particular area, isolating this from the rest of the project. That way the paint job doesn’t obstruct the rest of the project.

As everything else, we deliver tailored services and select the product were it suits the purpose best.
For most of our projects we use the Alexseal system and on request Awlgrip. Engine- and installation rooms are coated with International-systems and interior is done in the Tecnos system.
